Well if anybody was glad to see me when the trip was over, it was my mom! She missed me so much and I missed her as well! But I learned a valuable lesson, to always take advantage of trips you get to take while your in school! It could be a trip of a lifetime as was mine! It will also get you over your fear of leaving home and being a hermit while wasting your life away!
So, if you can see my smile in the background, you will notice there is chocolate on my tooth and your probably wondering why! Well I asked the waitress to take a picture of all of us at the table. When she did, I put some of my chocolate dessert on my tooth. I guess I was just trying to make some memories. Everyone died laughing including me! I could hardly keep from laughing while she was taking the picture! Ill never forget this! It was by far the funniest part of the trip! Incase you ever want to visit! http://kellysrestaurant.com/
We pulled up to the enormous hill of sand. It was amazing! We all slid down the dunes many times just to climb back up again go again! This was probably my favorite part of the trip! Sand was all over us! But it was so much fun!
More on Jockey's Ridge!
http://www.outerbanks.com/jockeys-ridge-state-park.html The Lighthouse was amazing. I started taking pictures immediately! The floor inside it creaked and spider webs were everywhere! I had so much interesting fun at this stop!
For your references... http://www.carolinaouterbanks.com/hatteras.htm A better, full description incase your wondering. http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-ferry.htm I met so many people, even from the same state on this ferry. At first I was scared to death because I couldn't see anything around me but water and sky. But I ended up loving it! We even drove the bus on it! There were cars on it as you can see in the picture I took!
My shark I caught the first day! Andddd little Kirstin in the back ground. Guess you could say I was very happy! Check out the green eyes on him! It was soon becoming evening time. Everyone was settling down and I had a photography moment. Its not the best but I thought it was beautiful! It was the first day we got there, so of course I sent it to mom!
